1994 - Oleksiy Zhuravko (a disabled person with a severe impairment) has developed and has started to realise the project Community of Proactive Able-to-Work Disabled People.
1997 - CPADP Ltd was registered. Going through millstones of the bureaucratic machine, he could prove its viability and the need for creation of such a structure in which the primary goals are employment of disabled people and support of public institutions that are social in orientation.
1998 - Having developed a mechanism, Community has paid two-year-old arrears of wages to employees of Tsyurupynsk children's home. CPADP Ltd staff has grown from 5 persons to 25. The construction gang was formed.
1999 - The list of the institutions that are social in orientation sponsored by CPADP Ltd has been enlarged. Repair and construction services were provided gratuitously to the Kherson School for deaf children. Renovation of premises of the Tsyurupynsk children's home and boarding school for handicapped children has been underway.
From July, 1999 till October, 2000 renovation work was conducted and launched the Bakery Products Department in the city of Kherson, where has been employed more than 60 persons and was opened a minibakery.
2001 - CPADP Ltd has bought out a bakery in Tsyurupynsk which have been gone bankrupt. By introduction of new technologies it has been planned to provide city dwellers with the bread. Oleksiy Zhuravko is called "a man who will revive the glory of the Bread of Tsyurupinsk". There is 250 workplaces at the enterprise, 30 % of them are for the able-to-work disabled people.
2002 - Analyzing activities of the organisation, Zhuravko sees a series of problems of nation-wide scale. As he sees it, there are no the laws that would give an opportunity to a disabled person to earn for a decent life.
Elections of 2002 Oleksiy Zhuravko - a candidate for People's Deputies of Ukraine. After a tough struggle where the main force was not one’s abilities and merits, but money, the elections have been lost.
The grocery shop Zhuravel was constructed and opened in 2002 and have been opened 7 more sales outlets.
2003 In the Tsyurupynsk children's home and boarding school for handicapped children it was completed and commissioned the first stage of renovation and finished building the residential and domestic premises.
2004 Renovation and construction works were completed at the sack tare shop in Kherson, which was opened on June, 4th. The shop has capacity of 70 workplaces.
Yet in 2004 CPADP Ltd became the principal shareholder Tsyurupynsk Autotrans Ltd. It has been acquired 21 new passenger transportation vehicles. The tyre repair complex, filling station, package transformer substation building and ticket office was build.
2004 - 2005 A shop chain under the trade name Obriy was founded and the Supermarket Mercury and CPADP-Electro Subsidiary were established in the city of Tsyurupynsk.
At the end of 2005 a concrete mixing station of CPADP- Plus Ltd was launched in Tsyurupynsk. The modern computer assisted manufacturing techniques were bought for the sustained manufacture.
2004 - 2006 The Tsyurupynsk Clothing Factory Yunist was renovated. The most up-to-date machinery for tailoring have been bought and installed. The extensive capacity have been created for the clothing manufacture.
In May 2006 Tsyurupynsk District State Administration has registered Med - CPADP Medical Centre Ltd whose principal activities are retail trade in pharmaceutical goods, optics and medical practice.
2006 On elections of People’s deputies of Ukraine, deputies of Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local councils and rural, settlement and city heads, Oleksiy Zhuravko, Director General of CPADP Ltd has been elected as People‘s Deputy of Ukraine from Party of Regions.
Since June, 30th, 2006 Hurami Henoyevych Apostolidi took up the post as Director General of CPADP Ltd.
2007 CPADP Ltd. acquires controlling interest in Named after Frunze PLC.
In September, 2007 re-election of people's deputies have taken place and Oleksiy Zhuravko became People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VI convocation).
